It would be extremely useful if Portal Users were able to edit/input directly into the "Description" box in a ticket. Currently when I build a ticket template for a specific reason It says what that template is for, pretty redundant:
However, allowing the user to be able to input their description would be much more effective.
This would allow for better reporting, by being able to use the "Description" Field as a metric in the reports we use.
