Collapsing Previous Communication

    Currently when looking at requests, if there has been a lot of emails, then the ticket is extremely long and quite confusing to read.

    I have seen other programs that have the ability to collapse all previous conversations and then expand as you need to read them.  This way you're only looking at the most recent information and not having to scan through and decipher what was said and when.  it can take quite a while to get your bearings.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
