I would like to see the ability to list CC individually on the Notifications. Currectly the set up allows for "All or None" type of CC on Notification:
What happens is that I may have two types of users being CC'd on a ticket: "Requesters" and "Work Agents". I may have more than one Work Agent "shadowing" the ticket, and only want the Work Agents that are CC'd to receive the notification. Not the Requester. So to be able to select the specific CC to receive the Notification would be greatly beneficial.
