Make task view accessible from the service desk

    We have a number of catalog items that utilize tasks, but our technicians are not good about going to the tasks tab via the portal view, so their tasks go unheeded.

     

    Is there any good reason we couldn't also serve tasks by adding a tab from the service desk main view.

     

    e.g.:

     

    Incidents Tasks Problems Changes Releases, etc...
