Service catalog - Fields are upside down

    Hi Team,


    We have a scenario

    1) We have created service catalog with approval process with custom fields with certain order.

    2) User submit the ticket and the approver get the email for approve or decline.


    However, all the fields are getting re organized by system itself. Could you please check why this happening? it should be the same order what we putting. Let me know if i have to open a ticket.
