Currently when you export a list to CSV from the "Service Desk" screen, and it includes the Assignee field, the output gives a full XML-based breakdown of the entire field with lots of information in "internal" format.
I don't know about anyone else, but when I'm exporting a list of tickets, Changes etc to CSV and one of the fields I'm exporting is the Assignee, I just want their name!
Can we amend the back-end reporting engine for CSV reports to simply extract the assignee Name (or in other complex fields, the displayed info) instead of the whole complex field structure?
