Ticket submission via text message (SMS)

    We're trying to reduce the barriers to ticket submission as well as appeal to all audiences (millennials)...

    Some of our thinking has lead to the concept of users being able to text message IT when they have an issues (which would automatically open a ticket)

    I guess an extension to this would to maybe looking at options for people to use Twitter to tweet us with issues too.
