Would be great to have a button on the New Incident email or the View Details page to assign the incident. Currently, I get the email and have to go into the incident or the incident page to assign to myself. If the incident is already assigned and another person clicks the button on the emails a message could state the incident is already assigned and prompt agent if he would like to re-assign. Just an idea.
Picking up incidents could be easier with this feature request.
I did not see this being requested so please excuse me if this is a redundant request.
