It would be useful to have active task assignment based on site and /or categories and types.
For example a Service Catalogue item requested for a specific site would go to the group (and not as possible now to only the site manager) in charge of this site/location. Exemple: an New computer request opened in Seattle would be assigned to IT Site Support Seattle, one opened in London to the London team
On the same, depending on the category and type specified in an incident it would be assigned to the team in charge of this category and type. Example: an incident logged under IT / Network would be assigned actively to the IT Network Team, one opened under Computer/ Screen would go to the local IT site support team.
