    We are expanding our knowledge base across the company and more and more functions are adding items.


    The common question we are getting is can the system tells us the number of 'hits' each item is getting so we can identify the most popular items that are being looked at. This could lead us to doing an education peace in areas where it appears there may be a gap in knowledge
