I have raised a call to see if it was possible to remove a comment off an incident once it has been created and have been told this isn't possible
We would like this as a future enhancement for Administrators only.
The reason being we may have agents or even customers who may put on a comment that includes sensitive data that should not be in the public domain.
This could be as a result on human error but maybe deliberate. This could cause security issues if they have included usernames and passwords or confidential data
