I would like the ability to customise and control the emails which are sent out relating to Changes. At the moment, you can only influence those related to Incident and Request records. For instance - no email is sent when a comment is added to a Change; I'd like to tick a box so that the requester is notified when they're asked for more information in comments. I'd also like the ability to change/add to the template used when sending them, just like in the Incident setup. These should be added to the existing "Email Settings" and "Email Customisation" centres within the Setup tab.
