Status/Assignee Changes via Email

    It would be very helpful to be able to change the assignee or status of an incident via email. I realize that the website is HTML5 and you offer an app for all smart devices, however that still requires opening something else after reading an email. It would be convenient to read an incident via email and then reply to the email, along with a tag, changing the status or assignee.
