Request for an added feature when searching

    Good afternoon,


    I would like to make a request to add a feature to sort search results by date submitted, ticket number, open or closed, etc. if possible. Currently when searching for a specific user the incidents are scattered in no particular order. When the ticket volume increases for a user it becomes hard to find the ticket that you are looking for.
