If you create an incident from the risk section, it doesn’t give you the opportunity to add a category. The new incident will default to uncategorised, unassigned and then you have to edit the incident with these details. Can you either make it possible to create a default category for incidents generated from risks or add the ability to select a category (and assignee) after clicking on the "Create incident" button?
