At the moment we can quickly change the status of an incident using the drop-down list at the top of the page:
However, the only way to change the assignee, Category, cc, Priority or site fields are by editing the incident.
This is fine if there are a number of changes to be made, but the time to reload the page in edit view makes it laborious for single changes. I usually end up going back to the Incidents list view and using the drop down there.
It would streamline workflow significantly if the fields could be made editable directly from the Incident page.
