Hi, I would like to see a feature implemented that will auto attach a solution when a ticket is created if that sub-category is set up to do so. Since most users are too lazy to look through the solution page, this will give the user the opportunity to look at a solution and have a fix before the IT personnel can take a look.
When a user selects a sub-category for some issue, i would like the ticket to automatically attach a solution that we set up to appear for the user.
if the auto solution isn't set up for that sub-category then no change to how things currently work.
Let me know if this makes any sense
