Differentiate between Service Requests and Incidents

    We would like to be able to differentiate between what calls are as a result of a Service Request and what are not.


    We can run 2 separate reports using filters but would like to be able to export all incidents into Excel and there be an indicator which will tells us if it is a Service Request or not.


    This would save the MI team a lot of time each week analysing the data
