Linking/Viewing Incidents Logged by Same User

    As opposed to manually linking tickets together in an incident, would it be possible to have the ability to view ALL incidents a client has requested, from within an incident? For example:

    If I were to open Incident 1234, on the right-side column it would typically show any linked Incidents the end user may have. It would be effective to see all active incidents from a client whenever you select an incident (enables techs to ensure any and all active incidents can be addressed with the end user; alleviating "why are you working on this first? I submitted X request long before this?")
