I would like to see other custom reports on weekly help desk status and want to know how to add them to my dashboard.
Could you perhaps detail a bit more what you would expect to see in such a report?

You can already add a report created on - for example - your incidents index, using any custom filter and then export it to RSS, you can then use this RSS as a feed to a custom widget for your dashboard.
According to our PM this isn't possible

See below - 1st you export the filter to an RSS feed:
And then - you add this RSS feed as a widget on the dashboard:

I have just tried this but it has only brought the first 8 items on the list where there are in fact 19 items that need to be shown.
Am I doing something wrong ?
