We want to be able to notify the team/group members when a case has been resolved so that everyone sees what the resolution was. It's a great way for cross-training to see what another team member did to resolve an incident.
Well, there may be two ways to approach this. First would be to add the group as a CC to said incident. The second is something which we are working on - called "automations" - which will enable performing certain actions based upon incident certain conditions - initially only for new incident but later on also for update actions such as resolution.
Thanks for the feedback. The CC is a bit unreasonable because our ticket volume for the team can be quite high and to remember to have to do that each time is probably not going to happen. We’ll look forward to the automation.
