Addressing Individual Techs/Employees

    Similar to Twitter, it would be effective to be able to address a specific tech/employee without having to EDIT the ticket, ADD them as a CC, update the incident, then comment. For example:

     

    @JohnSmith can you please update the inventory to reflect our updated systems?
