I don't see any requests for this yet but.... We are quickly implementing Microsoft Teams at our company and would love integration with Samanage. While Teams won't be generally available until early 2017, the current "beta" availability has a large number of connectors/services already implemented, one of those being Zen Desk. Having Samanage within a Team's Channel as a tab would be beneficial and streamline our workflows.
