We have many different sites and different external vendors involved with many support contracts / Lease / Maintenance for the day to day operations. There are certain vendors has the hierarchy support process. First level, 2nd level and escalate to senior level, etc.. How do we record all these information in Samanage? Under vendor section, we cant add much hierarchy information. And if i search for a vendor, i should get all this hierarchy details.
