I would like to request the ability to filter and report on when approvals were given for a service catalog and the dates that the request was approved. Currently we have our on-boarding process incorporate a service request with approvals along the way for certain aspects. Would like the ability to have a view for both who approved, and when it was approved (can be in the same field).
I know that a service catalog item can have several approval stages. You could possibly have an option to select when editing the service request if you would like to report on this approval. Maybe having two or more of the approval views to accommodate someone trying to report with multiple approvals.
