Disabled users

    We found some users getting disabled in Samanage time to time. If the users are in disabled state and if they send any mails to create a ticket, it doesnt create a ticket. However, the user not getting any denied or rejected message back. User assume the mail has been delivered and wait for the ticket number. Whenever the mails fails to create the ticket, can you send the failed notification to the user?
