Automatic CC for High/Critical Incidents

    If a high or critical priority incident is raised, we want to automatically notify a group of people. We can create rules using Service Level Management such that a notification occurs immediately, but this then registers as a service level breach, which it isn't.

    The notifications function in setup would be a good place for this ... perhaps by adding the ability to create new, configurable events.
