Right now, when viewing my tasks from the Dashboard, I do not have the ability to edit, nor complete a task created from a Service Catalog Item. I also notice that it is marked as a Process type item instead of a Task. I would like to see the ability to edit these tasks the same as you can edit normal tasks.
The features I find lacking are:
1. Unable to change/set due date for "Process" type tasks.
2. Unable to add tasks to Service Catalog Item generated incident.
3. Unable to change Assignee for "Process" type tasks.
