Quick Ticket Templates for End Users

    I would like the ability to create ticket templates for users when they are in need of a common type of issue. For instance, password resets for a particular application. Or even an item that has a custom form built but the user may not know what categorization to pick.

     

    Ideally it would be a list on the Portal which they could click a link and the ticket form comes up preconfigured with the right categorization.

     

    This would eliminate some of the training opportunities that we have found with ticket creation.
