Robust MyRequests Reporting

    It would be extremely valuable to have users be able to run ad hoc reports, like that of the Incidents or Tasks page. We have users that we have brought into the application area for the only purpose to be able to view a group of tickets easier and pull up more information. If they had the ability to perform this functionality from within the MyRequests page on the portal, they would get much more visibility.
