We do not provide ETA's in the community. You can however check the "in development" section on the right hand side of this page to see what we are currently working on.
Yeah this would be a great function. We're thinking about having Kiosk iPads at our desk for users to report issues if we're away. Right now the app/ipad webpage is aimed for the tech and not end users. An ETA would be awesome. Sooner the better.

Unfortunately there is no update. This is still in our longer term plans but is not currently in the works.
Does anyone have a list of the roles that are allow to login via the app? We are aware of Administrator and Service Agent User.
Having this functionality would really really helpful so our employees could generate incident via desktop browser, e-mail, or via the app. The mobile browser access fells counterintuitive.
