I would like the user to be able to change the assignee in a created Catalog Item.
Could you please detail a bit more? What is the flow you are looking for?
If i create a catalog item with a default assignee I would like the users, who are using the catalog item to create a incident, to be able to change the assignee.

This seems to be somewhat outside of the scope of what common requesters would do in most service desks. Isnt it the norm that if the assignee is determined in the catalog item - it would not be up to the requester to change it?
I would love to hear what the rest of the community thinks of this.
We use it to notify employees that they need to call back a customer. The receiptionist creates a new incident based on the catalog item and then we need to be able to target this incident to the group or person responsible for the call back.
