All Task Owners get comment emails

    Need to have an option within an incident that allows us to check a box so that all tasks owners get an email on a specific comment.

     

    It has happened many times that an service incident is going through it's workflow and after a task has been completed a change is submitted by someone with a later task that actually impacts all other task owners.  At this point someone that has completed their task would not be able to see the update and therefore the change is not made.  It would be great if there was a check box in the comment section that said "copy all task owners" and then all task owners would get an email with that particular comment.
