Update Site and Department from the Service Desk

    We really enjoy the at-a-glance view of all of our Incidents on the Service Desk dashboard, and being able to preview, assign, and label with the proper category/subcategory; all without having to dive into each ticket.  However, would you please enable the Site and Department columns, so that we may select drop-downs for those on the Service Desk dashboard screen as well?
