Samanage uses the word "report" in at least three different ways:
- The Reports section, which allows you to generate pretty (but IMO useless) graphs.
- Within the Service Desk, Computers, Contracts & Risks sections, saved filters are also called Reports.
- When end users submit incidents, this is often called a report as well.
Hence, when I search the community site for topics involving reports or reporting, at least half the results are a total waste of time.
At absolute minimum, Reports in #2 should be renamed to something else.
