On computers people can use SAML to log tickets, no problem.
On mobile web (Android Galaxy S7 or Note) it is terrible, it is nearly impossible to use dropdown boxes.

What options do we have for our staff using mobile?
Really the mobile for portal users should have been polished before mobile apps were worked on.. Maybe I'm missing something here, below is recording of the experience.
