Mass close tickets with resolution attached

    I would like a feature implemented that would allow us to close (not just resolve) multiple tickets while also attaching or writing a resolution for it.

     

    Currently the only options I see are when I create a problem (Example, Internet service down), attach 10+ tickets to that problem and close the problem, it will only resolve the tickets (not close).

    Or I can merge all tickets into one, but it closes them as they merge. Which is still almost the same as manually closing each one and typing/attaching a solution / resolve to each.

     

     

    The ability to mass close tickets with one resolve would be beneficial, especially from a problem standpoint.
