Add Multi-picklists to Custom Fields for Incidents

    When you add a variable to a Service Request, you get the option for a Multi-picklist:

    However, Multi-picklist is missing as an option from Custom Fields to attach to incidents:

    Could Multi-picklist be added as an option to Custom Fields? We need this functionality to help with reporting.
