Add email field to group

    When you assign a ticket, it is typically assigned to a user or group. When notifications are sent, each user in the group is emailed individually.  This seems a bit inefficient as Samanage would have to generate multiple identical emails per notification when the group has multiple members.


    Can an Email field be added to "Group" object? This way, if a notification is sent to a group, it checks for an email address on this object and sends to the group email address instead of sending a copy to each member's email address individually? If no email address is assigned to the group, it could then fail over to the current configuration of sending to each person individually anyway...


    Just a thought...
