Nowadays Portal View's "My Requests" have the ability to choose amongst "All The incidents, My Incidents, Incidents I am CC'd in".
Would it be possible to add "My active incidents" or "My pending resolution incidents".
Our users have so many incidents requested that there is no way they can manage this without this new category, as the display is only showing 25 incidents.
