Additional Automation Rules Improve Visibility and Efficiency

    Samanage is developing additional automation capabilities. Users will be able to define automation rules on incoming incidents using an “if this, then that” type scenarios, including complex combinations of rules. Examples include:

    • If priority is high - reassign incident.
    • If assignee = “x” then change priority and notify someone.

    With this capability, customers can better support complex business rules and scenarios to match their organization’s needs.
