Report on Service Agent User Performance

    Samanage is developing three new reporting sections - Service Agents, Service Agent Summary, and Service Agent Statistics. Reporting is planned to be based on time-tracking entered by the user in the sidebar (e.g. “Track Time” section).  This helps customers increase visibility into agent performance across their various ITSM activity.
