We are looking to allow users (portal and backend users) to create requests for change. At present we can create a service catalogue item (which creates an incident) and add multiple tasks and approvals to this.
We would like to be then able to convert an incident into a change, if the request for change is approved - at present I have created a task for a backend user to create a change but ideally this would be automated.
