Addition of a Calendar / Personel Management Module

    This would allow for the management of central calendars which could be used to manage anything from people, to rooms, to loan equipment whist devices are in replar for example.

     

    This could also then "hook" in to the incident or request management to allow the assignment of agents to deliver solutions based on  their actual availablity as opposed to just assigning into a queue.
