    Everyone in our IT department gets emails directly from customers asking us to do something for them that should be documented in Samanage as a ticket.  Our previous system integrated with Outlook and we were able to view our email inbox, select an email and have a ticket created.  The requestor, title and description were automatically filled in.  We could edit it and add the category, etc. to complete the ticket.  So much easier than copy and paste.
