"Can't find what you're looking for? Create incident" (on the bottom of the main Portal screen)
"Cannot find a service? Create Incident" (on the top right of the Service Request screen)
This seems to be unhelpful (particularly in our organisation). Users will be raising incidents all over the place for requests they just can't be bothered to search for... which will generate additional workload in re-categorising them. We intend to have an "Other Service Request" in the "Popular Requests" section to cover this off - but could those sections where the above text appears be customisable?
