I see there is already a request to add the Problem Management module to the Service Level Management capability. This is my addition to this; to add the Change Management module as well. It's important to be able to manage the CHMG process just like any other; and at the moment this needs to be done by reporting and filtering. I would like the facility to filter on Changes automatically "tagged" when they breach, much like with the Incident SLM rules.
For instance, Changes not "Implemented" after their Implementation window is over.
