Through setup of organization you can identify Site Manager. It would seem logical that this Site Manager would work pervasively across the application - but it doesn't.
In our organisation, we like the Site Manager(s) to know what is happening in regard their site. These are not tech site managers - they are the site business manager. As we are a 7 day a week company, we have more than one site manager given roster. So my feature requests are:
- Allow for Multiple Site Managers to be listed
- Provide a notification check box for selecting Site Managers to be copied into Incidents automatically and thereafter updated as the Incident progresses.
