At the moment we use the solutions area for known issues and how to resolve them etc. I would like to be able to have an overview of what solutions have been applied to a site (If applicable). E.g. If we had a specific venue that there are solutions for, a technician before going to the site could see them all in one place. I'd like to be able to apply a filter on one site and see anything that's relevant for it.
