As SaaS services become more and more prevalent, it would be nice to be able to track the access.  An example would be Adobe Creative Cloud.  Rough details below

Location: Contracts (or inventory) =>System access

Setup a system access item and be able to attach users to it

                            Add annual audit functions

Be able to attach users (attach via decisions in Service Catalog add/remove/deactivate)

Be able to see access in user card (like current inventory)

Be able to add users to access list via decisions in Service Catalog

Be able to test current system access list for decisions in Service Catalog and create tasks for it

Mass import capability for new and updated user list (matched to email)

Columns of info (filterable of course)

                Status of access

                Name of user

                Access provided date

                Access removal date

                Company

    Additional information

                Total user count

                Exportable list

Available licenses (unlimited, set number) and showing used/available

                Buyer/Owner

What problem will this feature solve?:
